Executive Action Team
While at Fidelity Investments, I am collaborating with stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and remediate inefficiencies in how we work together to increase operational efficiency.

Weekly Design Office Hours
When I joined Fidelity Investments, I saw an immediate need to reduce re-work and bring stakeholders together to review upcoming, in-progress, and near-production-ready work across design, development, and product teams. I created weekly design office hours as an open forum for discussion, increasing the team’s deliverable efficiency by 36% by reducing rework, decision delays, and the time to receive immediate feedback from upstream and downstream stakeholders.
